- **Event Description**: Join us for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Flat River Historical Museum as we unveil a new exhibit commemorating Gibson Refrigeration—marking 20 years since the last refrigerator rolled off the line.
This exhibit reflects the stories of factories, families, and farewell, celebrating the impact Gibson Refrigeration had on our community. The project was partially funded by an America 250 MI Grant, helping preserve this important chapter of local history.
 
Special thanks to Larry’s Northtown for their generous assistance in returning the refrigerators to the museum after years in storage.
