Polar Express Sign up!

We are allowing 20 students that graduated from Eastern to come back and help on Thursday December 18th from 8:00-11:15am. They can help with putting out cookies and milk and cleaning up in between grade levels! We are only asking students that signed up to attend. They can check in at the front office between 7:45-8:00am that morning! We would like to give students the opportunity to attend if they have not attended within the last 2 years. Parents, if your student is interested in attending, please fill out this form and be sure to include your CHILD'S name and your contact information in case we have to get up with you during the event.
