Chef Vinnie will share with you the joy of making your own pasta dough at home! In this hands on class you will learn how make a batch of pasta dough then knead, shape, and cut your own pasta. Each participant will make a small batch of dough to take home with them. Menu for the evening with be fresh made pasta with Chef Vinnie's famous pasta sauce, a delicious mixed green salad with dressing made with our own Olivelle oils and vinegar, and focaccia bread baked in house at our café.
Cost for this class is $65/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs with a private event. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, gloves will be used when preparing food. What to Expect: The Pasta Making class is taught by Chef Vincent Bienish who specializes in Italian Cuisine This cooking class is a hands-on class. You will work in pairs as you make your own pasta dough then roll and cut using pasta machine. Chef will demo and share with you how he makes her own tomato sauce. You will have a meal of pasta w/ sauce, mixed green salad, focaccia bread w/ olives oils all while having a fun evening out in the kitchen! Come together with friends, a date, or just treat yourself. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be served during the class. Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
