- **Event Description**: Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital is excited to announce the launch of Movin’ Moms, a new postpartum walking group designed to support local mothers on their journey toward wellness, connection, and community.

This free program offers moms a chance to move their bodies, build friendships, and share experiences in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

The initiative is a collaboration between SOAR and the Muhlenberg County Health Department, providing additional benefits to families. Each child in attendance will receive a free book from SOAR at every session, and moms will gain access to valuable information about local health programs.

Children are welcome! Walking toddlers are welcome to participate in SOAR’s child-friendly activities, while moms with infants are encouraged to bring their strollers.

Movin’ Moms meets at Roland Memorial Church in Greenville every Tuesday and Thursday in November from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Thanksgiving Day). New participants are welcome at any time, and there is no cost to attend.
