Hosted on Sunday, June 22 at 6 p.m. on our covered outdoor patio, indulge in a modern-Appalachian meets Italian inspiration family-style menu, featuring live-fire grilling and seasonally-inspired dishes, plus thoughtfully curated wine pairings from Winebow with each course.  

Graham House, Executive Chef of Luminosa and a champion of Appalachian cuisine, brings his deep connection to the land and passion for local ingredients to the table. Known for pushing boundaries and infusing Italian traditions with Asheville's vibrant agricultural heritage, Graham will be joined by Sean McMullen, Chef de Cuisine of Luminosa, whose dedication to hyperlocal, seasonal ingredients and inventive preservation techniques adds depth to every dish.
