Śaranam Center for Healing & Transformation
20 Jennings Road, Greenville, United States
Held at the serene Śaranam Center for Healing & Transformation in the hills of Greenville, NY, this monthly gathering invites you into a space of heart-opening connection, insight, and transformation.
Together, we’ll drink Ceremonial Cacao and move into a gentle group healing process called Family Constellations, where we explore how family dynamics and inherited patterns may be shaping your present-day life, and how to shift them with compassion and clarity, so you can begin to heal your lineage and move forward with greater freedom.
Whether you’re working through relationship challenges, stuck in patterns that feel familiar, or simply longing for a deeper sense of belonging, this space offers an invitation to reconnect with what matters most.
Through the powerful combination of Cacao, Constellations, and Community, you will:
Even if you don’t receive a personal constellation, your presence is powerful. Participating as a representative or witness often reveals surprising insights and healing in your own life.
This workshop is for cycle breakers—those who feel a quiet or urgent call to explore what has been passed down, to shift old patterns, and to live with more freedom, clarity, and authenticity.
This is gentle, soul-deep work. You don’t need to know your whole family history. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are, with your heart open and a willingness to explore.
This is a monthly gathering, and we lovingly prepare the cacao fresh for each guest.
Please register at least 12 hours in advance so we can honor your presence and prepare accordingly.
Your RSVP helps us create a more intentional and heart-centered space for all.

Testimonial from our latest Cacao & Family Constellations Retreat:
In a Family Constellations workshop, participants typically gather in a group setting with a facilitator. A session begins with a brief conversation between the client and the facilitator. During the conversation, the facilitator seeks to understand the client's intention for the session. For example, if a client is struggling with a particular relationship pattern, the facilitator may ask "What tells you this pattern is playing out?" Or "When did the pattern start?" After getting a picture of how the issue expresses itself in the client's life the facilitator moves on to ask questions that uncover the role these dynamics play in their larger family system.
Once the facilitator has gathered enough information to begin, the facilitator asks the client to choose representatives for the family members or entities that are relevant to the situation.
In a group workshop, this means the client picks people from the group to stand and represent different members of their family. Although the other workshop attendees are often strangers, they can be chosen by the client to stand and temporarily represent their mother, father, sibling, grandparent, significant other, boss at work or the client themselves.
What develops is a 3D representation of the client's view of their family, place of work, or other relevant system they are examining. From the start, externalizing what was previously an internal image begins to draw out insights. Why did the client place their mother so far from their father? Why does the client's representative look like they're in a stand-off with their sibling?
Inevitably, new stories emerge that the client may not have realized were relevant to their intention for the session. As the Constellation progresses, new information continues to come to light while the facilitator guides the representatives and brings in new representatives to test different areas of the client's system. The session typically culminates by finding the configuration that restores order, resources, love, strength and/or gratitude within the client. In fact, it's common for the client to report feeling these new sensations in their body as the session reaches completion.
When you participate as a representative in constellations, your presence offers the valuable opportunity to observe and gain insights from the process for your own life. This work is deep and beautiful. In group Family Constellations, we get to witness the humanity in all of us.
