Where Did Galentine's Day Come From?
In the year 2010, this idea or day came out of from one episode of the series Parks & Recreation. The character in this serial 'Leslie' calls all her gal-friends for a waffle brunch and just to celebrate their love. She says, "Every February 13, my ladyfriends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home, and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style. Ladies celebrating ladies".
