The POTS Life program. "After a concussion almost 10 years ago, I believe my POTS journey started. Over a 10 year period my symptoms continued to worsen especially after the birth of my 2nd son. Finally in April of 2021, I was diagnosed with POTS. Since then I’ve worked through my own program and am now a completely different person! I went from crawling up my steps & not being able to pick up my son from his crib to now helping others. I firmly believe in this program -- it has completely changed my life!"
TBI and concussion patients, caregivers, family, & friends affected by someone’s injury are all welcomed to attend WCCAG’s monthly FREE support group. 
We meet for an hour and half in person to give support to one another.
