US Chess Regular ( numerical ) rating used for Section eligibility , pairings , and all prizes ) . Cash Prizes in Multiple ( 3 or more ) playing sections , cash prizes to be awarded in each Section ; based on Total number of tournament participants . Prize Fund: 70% of Tournament Entry Fees - Guaranteed . 1st - 2nd - 3rd place cash prizes , includes any shared prizes to be awarded in each Section .
