Unleash your inner power warrior with Greensboro Power Yoga! Every third Monday, join us in the park for a free, community Power Flow class designed to ignite your day. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a fun and challenging sequence suitable for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, the mat is your safe space to explore, empower, and be unapologetically you. Come connect with fellow yoga enthusiasts, celebrate your practice, and start your week feeling energized and inspired. Be sure to bring a mat, water bottle, and an open mind!
