We are hiring lifeguards and pool managers across multiple park locations. General pay ranges from $15 to $18.50 per hour. Guilford County Parks provides free American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification and CPR/AED training for those hired as lifeguards and pool managers.

Candidates should also bring proof of identification (driver's license or passport) and direct deposit information to the interview. Applicants under 18 years of age will be required to obtain a parent/guardian signature upon hire.
