- **Event Description**: The tournament will consist of 3 rounds of U.S. Dual rated chess (both Quick and Regular ratings) at time control Game/25; delay 5 (each opponent has 25 total minutes, your timer only declines when it's your move, timeout means loss, 5 seconds elapse before your timer starts declining on each move).  We provide boards/clocks/pens/scoresheets!

Entry fee is $25 per player, cash/check or CashApp/ApplePay only accepted.  70% of all entry-fee money will be awarded to first and second place finishers in each section, sections will be customized based on the ratings of entrants.

Registration- 9am to 9:30am sharp
Round one- 9:35am
Round two- 10:45am
Round three- 11:55am

 U.S. Chess Federation membership required!  Sign up at uschess.org if you need to.  

Players allowed to register and then leave/drop out of the Tournament early, or request a 1/2 point BYE (unplayed round) for any round; requests for BYE must be made before round 1 begins.  The venue has food within short driving distance.

Please inform the Tournament Director of your game's result after each round! Good Luck!  The shorter time is due to the venue closing at 1pm.
