This Trauma Skilled training programme takes a blended learning approach and is composed of 3 stages:1) Completion of at least module 1 of the NTTP Trauma Skilled e-modules (1.25 hours): Developing your Trauma Skilled Practice: Understanding the Impact of Trauma and Responding in a Trauma Informed Way2) Attending a "Transforming Connections: Trauma Skilled Practice" in-person training (7 hours)3) Attending a follow-up reflective and facilitated peer-support session (2 hours)Completion of all 3 stages is strongly encouraged to ensure you are able to get the most from this process.
