Susie & Lisa invite you to join them for a nourishing Spring Equinox Retreat in the luxurious setting of Kilmun House on the banks of Holly Loch, Near Dunoon.
This retreat is perfectly timed for the Spring Equinox and we will be harnessing that energy throughout the long weekend giving you an opportunity to rest, reflect & release the shadow of winter, preparing for the increase in energy to come and plant new seeds of intention for the season.
Expect Yoga, Nia Dance, Qi Gong, Mindfulness, & Yoga Nidra; plus song, creative expression, nature walks, wild swimming, delicious food & blissful sleep.
The Equinox is often thought of as a time for “rebirth” so give yourself the opportunity to take a break, renew and set a new direction, if you so wish!
The retreat runs from the evening of Friday 20 March to Monday 23 March 2026.
All food will be professionally catered and provided whilst on retreat. The menu will be vegetarian. If you have specific dietary requirements please do check before booking (vegan and gluten free can both be provided).
The whole of Old Kilmun House is at our disposal over the 3 days including the yurt, comfortable lounge, games room, sauna, hot tub and extensive grounds.
There will time for quiet reflection and at breakfast we will encourage silence to allow everyone time to be with themselves and their thoughts.
This will be a sober retreat so no alcohol will be offered or allowed.
