Join us for a meditation with the Kathryn, the Mindful Warrior. We will cultivate mindfulness and compassion by connecting with the moon, the water, the landscape and ourselves. Join us for an immersive experience !

And then a swim with Lisa open water swimming coach this  is suitable for beginners and intermediate swimmers. A maximum of 30 people so book your place quick. The cost is £10. All you need is a swimsuit and shoe/wetsuit to wear in the water, and plenty of warm clothes, hot drink and perhaps a hot water bottle for after swim. (if u do have wetsuit etc please feel free to wear them, but not essential) We will be in the water for a maximum of 20min but the session will include time for a talk and question and answer session about all u need to know for starting your open water swimming adventure.
