This welcoming, beginner-friendly retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore creativity in a safe and supportive space—no experience necessary.

Together, Alaina, Delaney and Melea will guide you through a weekend of creative exploration, restful movement, shared meals, and soulful connection—with time and space to simply be.
