Contra Celtica with Emerald Rae

Contra Celtica is a brand new series at Guiding Star Grange! Every 3rd Saturday of the month we will have a stellar evening of Contra & Ceili Dancing hosted by Emerald Rae. This will be a Celtic-themed evening. Get ready for great music and great fun!

Our caller for 9/20 will be Don Heinold

Emerald will also call a couple of Celtic Ceili Dances each night. We will have a beginner class starting at 7:00pm for beginners and those interesting in some fancy footwork!

We call Gents & Ladies because we love the old fashioned vibes. Absolutely everyone of all shapes, sizes, colors, creeds and walks of life are more than welcome. You can choose your side and your partner, but you can't choose your neighbor, and ALL are expected to be respectful. We will focus on having fun as a big dance family and our shared love of great dancing!
