You know the deal; this is the 10TH year we've done this and it gets bigger each time!
First place gets a CASH prize along with a basket filled with other goods such as supplements, gift certificates, personal training sessions and more. Smaller prizes are given out for monthly transformations! The more people that sign-up, the BIGGER THE PRIZE, so get your friends to sign-up with you!
Transformation Challenge Rules:
** It will run from January 5th and will go to April 6th! You can officially come in to do your initial measurements, etc. starting December 29th so you can get your plan ready to start on the 5th! You can sign up for this challenge at any time throughout the three months that it will be going on.
**Open to members and non-members. Includes CUSTOM macros/plan, workouts, measurements, monthly INBODY scans, monthly workouts with other challengers, zoom calls w/ trainer and check-ins, a personal training session, private FB group (Team Livewell!) and accountability! ALL of this for $75 to get signed up.
**Each month at the end of the month, we will give one person who has made the most transformation so far, a prize! Then at the end of the three months we will give away a big prize that includes personal training sessions, supplements, gift certificates and a CASH PRIZE!
**This challenge is open to EVERYONE! When you come in to sign-up we will do your weight, and measurements on your legs, arms, waist and measure your body composition and body fat % with our new INBODY SCAN machine.
**Measurements for the 1-month prizes will be due by January 30th and February 27th. The 3-month mark measurements will need to be taken by no later than April 3rd so we can give away the prize by April 6th.
**We ask that you personally take a picture you would be comfortable sharing for your before. That way at the end of the challenge if you're our winner we can take an after to share your transformation.
**Anyone that participates in our Transformation Challenge will also get a discount on any supplements or personal training sessions purchased.
