Or maybe you want to try, but aren't sure where to start?About this EventI created this class because learning mindfulness meditation was not easy for me. Finally, after much research and practice, I learned ways of making meditation more accessible. I would love to share what I have discovered with you so that you can bring mindfulness into your life as well.All are welcome! All experience levels. All races, all religions; LGBTQIA+ and trans-friendly. Please come as you are and offer others that same acceptance.This class focuses specifically on seated mindfulness meditation, with a few guided meditations to ease our entry into mindfulness.Chairs will be provided.While there will be minimal discussion of Buddhist principles as they support mindfulness, you do not have to be a Buddhist to take the class.The class is about an hour and a half long. You're invited to stay afterward for a didgeridoo sound bath, where you can practice mindfulness or just relax in the deep vibes of the didgeridoo.Donations welcome! $20 suggested donation, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED CLOSER TO DATE OF CLASS.
