**YOGA FOR A CAUSE - All proceeds from this class will be donated to Warriors at Ease. For donation-based classes, the minimum required to attend is $5.00. If you would like to donate more to this wonderful organization, the option is available upon request and very much appreciated. Please inquire for more information.

What to Expect- In this 90-minute non-heated Vinyasa class, you’ll learn to connect breath with movement through a dynamic sequence of postures. The pace of each class may vary, guided by the collective energy of the room. No matter the tempo, expect a balanced blend of challenge and release—designed to build internal heat, enhance strength and flexibility, and promote mindfulness through intentional breathwork.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Complimentary props such as blocks and straps are provided for use with the class, or you may bring your own.

About Warriors at Ease - This amazing non-profit organization was established in 2011 with a mission to empower our military community, both active and veterans, through the transformative practices of yoga and meditation. They offer accessible, evidence-based training and classes to our heroes to help prevent and alleviate the physical and psychological wounds of service.
