Event Description

Nourished Now is a nurturing 90 minute experience created for anyone on the cancer journey including diagnosis, active treatment, or survivorship.

This supportive class is designed to help you rest, reconnect with your body, and receive gentle care in a safe, welcoming space.

We begin with a warm group check in, creating space to be seen, heard, and supported. From there, you’ll be guided through a gentle yoga therapy practice led by Cassandra Vincelette, LCSW, MSW, RYT 500, focused on reducing stress and inviting calm, ease, and relaxation.

Following movement, Lacy Smith, LE, a licensed oncology trained esthetician, will offer a hydrating face mask along with guidance on safe, supportive skin care during and after cancer treatment.

The experience closes with a gentle closing ritual, and each participant will receive a thoughtful self care gift bag to take home.

✨ This class is supportive, soothing, and accessible for all levels.
✨ No prior yoga experience is needed.
