Phyllis will guide you through gentle movements and breathing exercises to help you harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, all are welcome to participate in this outdoor event. Come and enjoy the benefits of Qigong in the fresh air! Occuring every Sunday morning at 9 am. (Barring holidays, AND Weather depending... it is Florida afterall. Dr. Mindy herself will periodically lead the class and she has decades of experience in qigong and the internal meditative arts. She is a practicing acupuncture physician, licensed herbalist, and doctor of oriental medicine here in St. Augustine at Healing Waters Clinic. Wuji Acupuncture – Dr. Mindy Jaques is an acupuncture physician and practitioner of integrative medicine in St. Augustine, Florida with a satellite office in Orange Park, Florida.Tips: Please wear loose comfy clothes, flat soft soled shoes, and bring hydration and bug spray as needed, bring a yoga mat or folding chair, and a towel.
