Good evening, Community Policing Practitioners,
I am pleased to announce that we have opened the registration for the upcoming Wisconsin Association of Community Oriented Police or WACOP Annual Conference 2026.
The 2026 conference will be held January 28, 29, and 30th at the Tundra Lodge Resort 865 Lombardi Av Green Bay, WI 54304. This year’s conference keynote speaker will be Phil Chalmers; American Criminal Profiler, True Crime Writer. Phil will provide two sessions; Session 1 he will present on keeping schools safe, Session 2 will consist of profiling dangerous people. Your WACOP board asks that you share the flyer with your local school district administration as we are offering a special just for Phil's session 1 (See flyer). Other presenters include Chelsea Kocken; Executive Director of H.O.O.A.H. WI, Mya and Heather Masse with Partners with Paws, April DeValkenaere of Fortress Forensic Investigation, and Karl Krull from M.A.D.D. I have attached our tentative full agenda along with the registration flyer. Note that the agenda is subject to change. We will update it as necessary.
