- **Event Description**: We’ll be meeting in the Board Room on the 2nd floor of the Brown County Central Library. At the meeting, we’ll welcome any new members.  We’ll celebrate recent successes.  We’ll plan for upcoming social and outreach events and opportunities.  We’ll discuss and plan for the upcoming Summer Conference and Lobby Day.  We’ll write to Congress about 2027 funding for the Forest Service.  

Plus, we'll discuss the June 13 national CCL meeting with special guest Tyson Bertone-Riggs with the Alliance for Wildfire Resilience.  Tyson has a diverse background in forest policy and conservation work with both field experience and policy expertise. Please watch the call live at noon on Saturday or the call recording for discussion at our meeting.     

This will be a hybrid meeting, so you can attend by Zoom if you prefer.  If you are a local CCL member, then you should have received the Zoom meeting details by email.  If you did not (or can’t find the email), please message us and we’ll send them to you. At our meeting on Wednesday, you’ll find fellow climate-concerned folks to learn, share, and take action with.  This is an exciting time to be a part of CCL.  We could really use your help and ideas.  Join our team as we work toward a healthier, more sustainable future!
