🏋️‍♀️ Fun Fit Fridays! 🏋️‍♀️

Let’s get fit together and kick off the weekend with positivity and strength! 💪✨DSAW sponsored Fun Fit Friday workouts will take place on four different Fridays this winter with the amazing coaches and team from Grit920. Individuals are grouped according to age = Elementary to Middle school and High School to Adult. Classes are led by a trainer and supported by peer volunteers. The workouts consist of Bootcamp style workouts and workouts/equipment are tailored to participant needs. Tennis shoes and workout appropriate clothing are required. Fun Fit Fridays are designed for all abilities!

DSAW sponsored dates: February 6, March 6, April 3, and May 1, 2026
Time: 5:30-6:30PM
Location: Bode Central - 2467 Glendale Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313
Cost: DSAW will cover costs for athletes with differing abilities to participate during our DSAW sponsored nights
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle, workout shoes and clothes to work out in.
