His success in revitalizing infrastructure, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving businesses to greater levels of profitability has been shaped by his focus on developing effective teams through dramatic improvements in individual personal development. Recognizing the power of the interpersonal relationships that people share with each other when they are truly open, he launched his consulting company in 2016.
