One of those common fears that affect businesses every day is the unwillingness to give and receive accountable feedback at all levels. ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Russ has spent more than 25 years building sales, marketing and operational teams in executive roles with utilities, tech startups and manufacturing, including at James River and Honeywell. His success in revitalizing infrastructure, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving businesses to greater levels of profitability has been shaped by his focus on developing effective teams through dramatic improvements in individual personal development. Recognizing the power of the interpersonal relationships that people share with each other when they are truly open, he launched his consulting company in 2016.
