Choose one class time on Saturday, February 21st, arriving 10-15 minutes early to get signed in. Please wear gym shoes as bikes have shoe straps for cycling. The cycling classes are set to fun, energizing music and is great for all skill levels.

After the classes, the party will continue in true Bike to the Beat style. All participants also receive a gift bag and an event T-shirt!

We are hosting four cycle classes total, two at Crunch Fitness in Appleton and two at Crunch Fitness in Green Bay. This year, we're also adding two Zumba classes in Green Bay. Register early to reserve your preferred session!
