Five Element Theory
Five Element Theory is based on concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine as used in Acupuncture, Qigong, and Tai Chi. This ancient healthy living practice uses all of our senses including sound, taste, color, food, seasonal changes, optimal times of day, important organs in our bodies and our emotions. Holistic and comprehensive. Five Element Theory is very useful for both existing ailments & for preventive measures. Learn how to balance the five elements in your life for better health & longevity. We’ll take time in class to practice applying it to our personal health & lifestyle.
