Welcome to the Noida Chess Championship 2025

Celebrate International Chess Day with an inspiring 2-day event that brings together players from across generations—from budding young minds to seasoned strategists.

July 26, 2025 (Saturday): Qualifier Rounds

July 27, 2025 (Sunday): Semi-Finals & Grand Finale

(20th July is globally recognized as International Chess Day)


🎯 Age Categories & Eligibility

  • Under-10: Born on or after Jan 1, 2015
  • Under-14: Born on or after Jan 1, 2011
  • Under-18: Born on or after Jan 1, 2007
  • Open Category: Ages 18–59
  • Senior Citizens: Born on or before Dec 31, 1965


Note: Each category requires a minimum of 10 participants. If not met, fees will be refunded.


💰 Entry Fees

  • Under-10, Under-14, Under-18, Senior Citizens: ₹800
  • Open Category: ₹1000


🏅 Prize Structure


U10, U14, U18, Senior Citizen Categories

  • 🥇 Winner: ₹4100
  • 🥈 Runner-Up: ₹2100

Open Category

  • 🥇 Winner: ₹5100
  • 🥈 Runner-Up: ₹3100


Note: A minimum of 10 participants per category is required. If not met, the category may be cancelled and fees refunded.

Refund Policy

Noida Chess Championship Refund Policy


Thank you for registering for the Noida Chess Championship 2025. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration:


  1. All registration fees are non-refundable.
  2. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or any other force majeure circumstances, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  3. If the event is postponed, all registered participants will be automatically transferred to the new event date. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
  4. A minimum of 10 participants is required per category. In case a category receives fewer than 10 valid registrations, that category may be cancelled and the registration fee will be refunded in full to the affected participants.
