Jump in to help load the robot by rolling balls along the floor or dropping them into the hopper, then stand back (or step up!) as it launches into action. Participants (kids or grown-ups!) can also get up close, ask questions, and learn how this powerful robot is designed, built, and programmed.

Perfect for curious kids, tech enthusiasts, and anyone who loves a little friendly competition!

Time: 10:30AM – 1:30PM (Drop-in)

Organization Bio – Machine Mavericks Team 7480:

We’re a competitive high school robotics team from BGC Southeast. Every year between January to March our students design, build, and program a 150lb robot, then take it on the road to compete at events around Ontario. Students learn all sorts of skills like engineering design, 3D modelling, machining, computer-aided manufacturing, programming, project management, and teamwork.
