Root to Soul Wellness is honoured to welcome back Jennifer Gadzala, certified sound therapist and founder of Ancient Echoes Sound Therapy, for our Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation.

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and immersive healing frequencies designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Through the soothing vibrations of sound, this experience offers a gentle space for grounding, reflection, and energetic renewal.

Jennifer will be offering sound bath ceremonies twice monthly through until September, and we are so excited to begin bringing these beautiful experiences to our community.
