Co-Production Event: Strategic Forum: Monday 15th April 2024 11am - 2.30pm

As a statutory function, the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) has an obligation to develop an Integrated Care Strategy.

Partnership and collaboration are the cornerstone of this strategy being brought to life.

As a member of the Personalisation and Prevention Strategic Forum, you play a key role in developing collaborative working arrangements under the oversight of the ICP. Defining how our broader prevention and personalisation work will support delivery of the Integrated Care Strategy.

We would like you to invite you to a co-production event, to create what we hope will be a game changing strategic framework. This framework will focus specifically on prevention and personalisation.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 11am to register at the front desk. You will then be directed to room T041 on the third floor of the Brierley Hill Health & Social Care Centre.

Refreshments will be provided however lunch will not be provided so please bring your own lunch, alternatively there is a cafe on the ground floor, an Asda opposite and several places such as Greggs in Brierley Hill high street.

Free parking is available on the Waterfront car park which a short walk from the office, there are also local council car parks near to site, as well as 2 hours free parking at Asda which is opposite the health centre.

Bicycle parking is available on the lower ground car park, this is not locked but is behind barriers.
