The 16 Guidelines for Life are practical tools inspired by Buddhist philosophy for making life better whether your greatest challenges exist at home, work, in the community or the world beyond.
The 16 Guidelines book and set of cards are included in the fee.
The course is led by Hogetsu Baerndal, Chaplain and Mindfulness teacher at Imperial's Multi-Faith Centre.
