It will also be hilly so you will be expected to have a reasonable level of fitness. If you're not sure then please get in touch, I'm happy to discuss if you think this would be a suitable walk for you.I will write to all participants a few days before our walk with full details on where we will be meeting, what to bring and what to expect.If you are a new customer you will be expected to complete a medical questionnaire beforehand.
