NEW TIME FOR 2025 - 7pm - 8.30pm

Come and wind down from the working week with a deeply relaxing and re-balancing Sound Bath at the beautiful Elmslie House in Great Malvern.  

Bring your Yoga Mat , blanket and pillow and get cosy amongst the fairy lights while I play a range of harmonising and relaxing instruments to help you drift off into a gentle , dreamy meditation.

Sound Baths immerse your whole body in beautiful and stimulating vibrations that help balance your physical, emotional and mental bodies.  Extremely helpful for relieving stress and overthinking and to help you find that still point within.  Leave your worries outside the door and gift yourself over an hour of self-care and nurturing.  I play gently and intuitively to the energy of the group.  


Sound Baths are reported to  :

* Deeply relax the mind & body by switching from the 'fight or flight' to the 'rest & repair' part of our Autonomic Nervous System.

* Help reduce chronic pain and Insomnia. 

* Stimulate imagination, inspiration and creativity.

* Help facilitate self -love, self acceptance and self healing. 

* Assist in clearing, energising ad balancing of the Chakra energy points of the body.

* Spiritual expansion and connection with God/Source/Universal Consciousness.

* Connecting to feelings of inner peace and stillness. 


Exchange for Elmslie House is £17.50 per person.

* Note * I do not give refunds or transfers. You are welcome to pass on/sell your ticket to someone else - please notify me of change of name. I the rare instance I have to cancel the session myself then a full transfer will be given.

What should I bring?

Please bring either a yoga mat , air mat or sleeping bag to lie on , a cushion or pillow for your head and a warm blanket to wrap yourself in during the meditation. If you have problems lying on the floor you are welcome to bring your own comfy chair or recliner to sit back in . Bring an extra cushion for your back or knees if you wish.
Just lie back and relax as we take you through a gentle meditation followed by an hour of sublime sound and vibrations.

Winter - please bring extra layers and padding to keep warm if you wish to.

Summer - You may wish to bring a scarf or eye pad to cover your eyes during the light evenings if you prefer darkness for meditation. Please always bring layers and wear sock even if it is hot weather !

Doors open at 6.45pm - please wait in your car if you are early as I need enough time to set up and get ready. I begin at 7.00 pm sharp. Once we begin I can't admit late arrivals as it disturbs the meditation.

Venue
Elmslie House is an elegant venue and a private Grade II listed family home set in the heart of Great Malvern just a few minutes walk from the town centre and Great Malvern station. There is free parking along adjacent roads - no parking on site. It has ground floor access via a wooden door located on the left of the main drive.


Do I need to have been to a Sound Bath before?

Absolutely not ! I love welcoming new people to the amazing experience of sound and vibrational healing. Just bring your mat, a cushion and an open mind.
