A limited number of rooms are available at the Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites on 600 River Drive South at a special rate until January 1st. Please call (406) 761-2600 and specify that you are reserving a room from the Montana Pork Producers block. You will need to present a method of payment at that time and specify smoking or non-smoking. The tradeshow is very important to the MPPC meeting. You are invited to exhibit your product or service all day January 14. Set up times are the afternoon of January 20 between 1-5 pm or from 7:00-8am on January 21. Booths must be removed after 6 pm the same day. In 2026, assignment of exhibit space shall be made on the basis of sponsorship, previous participation and booth diversity. Once again, we are offering a top quality, evening meal without a program. This allows time for vendors to interact with clients, while not increasing company costs with dinner off-grounds. Please note that meal tickets are separate from booth spaces and sponsorships. They can be purchased online and will be added to the packets at check-in as in previous years. A limited number of meal tickets are available the day of the event - $20 for lunch and $20 for dinner.Sponsorship + booth applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in two waves, direct invite to previous year vendors and then open to new participants. Payments may arrive via this online system, check via mail or check/cash at the event. If an invoice is needed to process your company payment, please mark that selection under additional payment options.Due to MPPC preference & insurance liability, alcohol may not be served by exhibitors on-grounds. Failure to observe this request will result in suspension from 2027 event.Deadline for registration that guarantees printing in program is NO LATER THAN January 9, 2026 .FAQsWhat are my transport/parking options getting to the event and can I ship booth materials ahead?The official meeting hotel is a short distance from the Mansfield Convention Center, with an airport shuttle also available. Participants will use the South facing Convention doors and parking lot at the Convention Center. Please do not park in the neighboring business parking areas. Booth materials can be shipped ahead to either the Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel or the Mansfield Convention Center by first clearing it with their staff. Any schedule changes will also be reflected in the meeting brochure at that time.What is the refund policy?MPPC understands that weather and conflicting events are both factors in business.
