Montana Fair Housing: Access & Choice – Rights & Obligations - Taught by Pam Bean
For consumers who may be seeking housing related services - in the rental or sales markets - the workshop model provides the knowledge necessary to understand what federal, state, and local non-discrimination laws cover and do not cover. In addition, the information will help consumers identify potential violations of the non-discrimination laws, provide contact information for consumers to reach resources that may assist them in: resolving potential violations pre-filing of complaints, provide services to investigate allegations, and provide assistance to file complaints of housing discrimination when necessary.
