Friday 29th, One Session, 5pm till 7pm.
Taiji Qigong, here we look at the movements of the Taiji form from an internal Qigong perspective, 
how to bring out the energetic meditation side of your training.   

Saturday 30th, Two Sessions, 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
Yang Lu Chan's Taiji form, in this class we will be looking at structure and movement,
taking certain postures from the form that help you to learn important principles of movement. 
Eli prefers to go very deep into a few postures rather than teaching you a long sequence, as this way you learn how to move, not just how to memorise a sequence. 
The basic movements are always shown first, then some advanced details layers on top, so it is suitable for everyone. 

Sunday 31st, Two Sessions, 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
Martial Training, here we look at some of the martial training methods from Taiji.
The focus of this class will be to understand structure and movement, not so much getting into the really rough fighting stuff.
However, anyone would would like to see how something works in a full pressure fighting situation, this can still be shown, just ask. 
We will cover things like push hands, pad work for striking, small san sau. 

Cost of the Workshop:
Full workshop of 5 sessions €175. First timer discount price of €130.
Per session price €40. First timer discount price of €30.
