INTENSIV-SEMINAR: DISCOVER THE DANCING JEDI WITHIN YOU (Teil 1)
In this seminar Maria and Sigrid will lead students to discover the subtleties of leading and "following", for a more functional and fluid dance: Learn to do less while being more efficient. We will approach the structure of the body in space, in particular by relying on a somatic approach, the concept of tensegrity and the relationship of fascia movement.
The notions of momentum and flow, as well as the abrazo and connection will also be fundamental
elements of this seminar which is particularly close to our hearts. (Individual technique)

Die Práctica für alle Workshop-Teilnehmer:innen mit der Möglichkeit, letzte Unklarheiten in Bezug auf die Workshop-Inhalte gemeinsam mit Maria & Sigrid auszuräumen.
Einzelanmeldung ohne Partner ist bei allen Workshops möglich. Bei Workshops, die für Paare konzipiert sind achten wir auf eine gleichmäßige Verteilung von Leadern und Followern und teilen euch ggf. eine:n Partner:in zu, sofern ihr euch alleine anmeldet.
Die Anmeldung für die Intensiv-Seminare am Samstag und Sonntag ist jeweils nur für beide Stunden eines Tages möglich (d.h. 2x90 min).
Es gilt eine maximale Anzahl von 20 Personen (Individual Technique) bzw. 15 Paaren (Workshops in Paaren) pro Workshop. Die Plätze werden nach dem First Come-First Serve-Prinzip vergeben. Ein Platz gilt erst nach erfolgtem Zahlungseingang als fixiert.
Für die Milonga und die Práctica ist keine Anmeldung oder vorherige Zahlung nötig.
Storno:
- Bei Storno innerhalb einer Woche bzw. bei Nicht-Erscheinen trägt der/die Tänzer:in den vollen Kursbeitrag.
- Bei Storno zwischen einer und zwei Wochen vor Workshop-Beginn trägt der/die Tänzer:in 50% des Kursbeitrags.
- Bis spätestens zwei Wochen vor Workshop-Beginn kann der/die Tänzer:in ohne Angabe von Gründen und kostenlos stornieren.

The práctica for all workshop participants with the opportunity to clear up any last uncertainties regarding the workshop contents together with Maria & Sigrid.
Individual registration without a partner is possible for all workshops. For workshops designed for couples, we ensure an even distribution of leaders and followers and will assign you a partner if you register alone.
Registration for the intensive seminars on Saturday and Sunday is only possible for both hours of a day (i.e. 2x90 min).
There is a maximum number of 20 people (individual workshops) or 15 couples (workshops in pairs) per workshop. Places will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
No registration or prior payment is required for the milonga and the práctica.
Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation within one week or no-show, the dancer will be charged the full course fee.
- Cancellation between one and two weeks before the start of the workshop: 50% of the course fee.
- Up to two weeks before the start of the workshop at the latest, the dancer can cancel without giving reasons and free of charge.
