~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~°~° WORKSHOPS Freitag, 30.Jänner 18:00 - 19:30 Uhr CONNEXION AND ABRAZO We will learn how to connect the quality of the embrace to the quality of the walk, and thus develop optimized communication and great ease in the couple/dance duo. (Workshop in Paaren) 20:00 - 21:30 Uhr MUSICALITY AND EMOTION Because emotion is written in the DNA of tango, it is essential to tame it in order to be able to immerse oneself in it without fear of being overwhelmed. (Individual technique) Samstag, 31.Jänner 13:00 - 14:30 Uhr INTENSIV-SEMINAR: DISCOVER THE DANCING JEDI WITHIN YOU (Teil 1) In this seminar Maria and Sigrid will lead students to discover the subtleties of leading and "following", for a more functional and fluid dance: Learn to do less while being more efficient. We will approach the structure of the body in space, in particular by relying on a somatic approach, the concept of tensegrity and the relationship of fascia movement. The notions of momentum and flow, as well as the abrazo and connection will also be fundamental elements of this seminar which is particularly close to our hearts.
