Join us for our monthly Menopause Support Group at the Seddwell Center.

Each month we will explore a different topic related to menopause and wellbeing. The sessions will also feature guest speakers, and for those who wish to dive deeper, there will be an optional workshop program running alongside the group (fee-based).

The group will be led by Rachel, our Austrian healthcare expert, and Estelle, a specialist in nutrition, holistic wellbeing, and Ayurveda.

Our support group is free of charge, held in English, and open to everyone.
