Guided by Kali, you’ll explore ancient Kundalini breath practices designed to balance, activate, and nurture your energy. As your breath deepens, Oz shapes the atmosphere with deep, pulsing beats that move through the room and into your body.

Expect to release tension, discover rhythm within your breath, and feel yourself fully alive. You’ll leave grounded, clear, and quietly powerful, with tools to return to presence anytime you need.

This space is for anyone longing to reconnect to themselves through breath, sound, and presence.

We’ll close the evening with a gentle grounding and time to rest or share reflections.

Practicalities:
? Doors open 17:45. Please arrive on time so we can begin together at 18:00.
? Bring your own yoga mat to sit on and wear comfortable clothes.

? Avoid heavy meals and caffeine at least two hours before.
