Let’s take a 60s musical journey on the routes through such countries as (former) Yugoslavia, Greece, Italy, Spain & France. All were quite different among each other, but their teenagers in the 60s had one thing in common – love for rebellious Beat music. This spawned an explosion of starting hundreds of local Beat groups all over those countries. They drew their musical inspiration from more known British (and US) bands and shaped their own local vision of instrumental Surf, Beat and Rhythm & Blues music.
