BB: Harald Heppner - Modern Times with a delay. The beginning of the transition in Europe's Southeas

This lecture, based on a publication currently in print, is a plea for paying attention to the 18th century: it was already then that the transition began which is understood as a process of Europeanization and continues to the present day.

Harald Heppner - After finishing the study Assistant at the Department of History, 1983 Habilitation for Southeast European History, 1997 Associate Prof. Dr. h.c. from the Universities Timişoara, Cluj-Napoca and Sofia, President of the Society for Eigtheenth Century Studies on Southeastern Europe (2016-2025). Local Coordinator of the XIIIth International Congress on Eighteenth Century Studies at university of Graz (2011).
