Join Canella for a gentle and compassionate practice, where we will use yoga techniques that consider the physical, mental, and spiritual symptoms of grief. Each session will include a sharing circle, a light ceremony to honor your loved one, and a 45 minute yoga practice with an intention to move the pain of grief through the body and reconnect back to more empowerment and love.
*Open to all grieving hearts(no yoga experience needed).
