Thameside Pond Dipping

Join in the fun with our W.o.W. Week of Wildlife this May half-term! It's time for some family fun, where you will enjoy a session of exploring and learning about the creatures within our wildlife pond! All equipment is provided.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear as we will be outside for the whole session. Booking is essential.

FAQs

📍Where do we meet?

This event takes place near the Cottage Car Park for Thameside Nature Discovery Park. This is at the entrance of the site before you go through the gate.

🥾What should we wear?

Most of our events are held outdoors, so please come dressed for the weather.  We recommend layers (top and bottom), which can get mucky. Wellies (with thick socks) and waterproofs are a good shout if you have them. 

🌍Where are you based?

We are located in Thurrock, between East Tilbury and Stanford-le-Hope

🚗Is there parking?

Yes. We have a large free car park.

🚻Are there toilets?

Yes, there is a toilet located in the cottage.

🐕‍🦺Can we bring a dog?

Assistance dogs are welcome at our events.
