Welcome in Summer with a morning of ritual, nourishment, and movement at Uncommon Ranch

Join us as we welcome the height of summer with a special Summer Solstice edition of Prana & Plate—an immersive experience designed to honor renewal, energy, mindfulness, and community.

The morning begins with 101 Sun Salutations, a traditional yoga practice often performed during seasonal transitions to welcome change, set intentions, and move meditatvely through repetition and breath. Led by Jessica DeVault, guests will be guided through this meaningful solstice practice at their own pace, creating a shared experience of movement, focus, and reflection beneath the energy of the longest day of the year.

Following yoga, guests will gather at the table for Prana & Plate, a beautifully prepared Indian-inspired luncheon by Chef Kaytie Bowman.

Indian cuisine is a sensory tapestry – fragrant, vibrant, and deeply nourishing. From slow-simmered curries and delicately spiced vegetables to freshly prepared breads and seasonal accompaniments, each dish is designed to restore and replenish after movement. Spices are used with intention, creating warmth, depth, and balance while honoring the traditions of Indian culinary culture.

This experience is designed to be both grounding and celebratory – a chance to move with purpose, eat with presence, and gather in community during one of the most light-filled moments of the year.
