Cooking with Confidence

Join us for an engaging culinary series that celebrates bold flavors and classic comfort dishes from around the world. On February 3, travel south of the border as we explore Mexican cuisine, learning how to make quesadillas bursting with layers of flavor, a quick and easy blender sauce, and authentic Mexican rice prepared from scratch. Then, on February 17, the journey continues to Italy, where participants will learn to create fresh, homemade meatballs worthy of an Italian Nonna, paired perfectly with classic spaghetti and rich marinara sauce, all in a fun, and delicious experience.
