JOB OPENINGS & PAY RATES
– Assembly Operator: $16.50 - 17.50/hr
– Material Handlers: Starting at $19.00 - 20/hr

– 1st shift (7:00am - 3:15pm)
– 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:15pm)
– 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:15am)

ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– Preferably 6 months of manufacturing experience
– Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
– Capacity to stand for extended periods
– Demonstrated stability in past employment
– Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client
RESPONSIBILTIES
– Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment
– Meet or exceed quality, productivity and cost standards within assigned work area
– Conform to all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies
– Operate equipment efficiently, safely and make necessary adjustments to get machine back to zero in accordance with machine/ process specific SOP’s and JSA’s
– Operate all equipment in accordance to standard work practices within all quality and performance standards
– Actively participate and contribute to the team within assigned area
MATERIAL HANDLER
REQUIREMENTS
– Ability to pass a vision screen
– Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred; experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus.
– Proficiency in operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes
– Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
– Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes and order picking techniques
– Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift
– Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and workplace safety
– Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse
– Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
– Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems for accurate inventory tracking and order picking
– Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are handled with care
– Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation
– Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines related to materials handling
– Participate in training programs to enhance skills in heavy equipment operation and warehouse management.
