The next SEE VR Social Trail Meet Up will be hosted by Kent 🤗.
There will be 3 events for each 3 options: Option 1 - 32.5km, Option 2 - 25.5km, and Option 3 - 17km; all taking in some of the North Downs and Pilgrims Way trails local to me (Helen!). Please RSVP or join the event with the distance you would like to do.

Meeting place is Trosley Country Park, Waterlow Rd, Vigo Village, Kent, DA13 0SG ///locker.lake.shared, parking is charged (I believe it's around £4 via an app - Ringo or PayByPhone). The run will start just after 9:00am so, please aim to arrive just before. The toilets should be available from before 9:00am, they are situated in/near the main car park/cafe.
These runs will be very informal, relaxed, trail (mostly) runs with all abilities more than welcome. They will not officially be led by anyone, though we may have guest run leaders from time to time; so, it is a good idea to save the route to your watch or phone. Not all options will have a navigator assigned, so please save the route and expect to navigate yourself .. just in case!
The group will progress at a pace that accommodates everyone; no one will be left behind as we will aim to run together 🤝. Some meet ups may be longer and/or harder than others, but I for one fully intend to walk up most of the hills 😅.
Running on trails is a little different to running on roads and paths: As a rough guide; you should feel comfortable running about 20% further than these trail distances on road. Trail shoes are highly recommended, as is bringing hydration and fuel .. and fresh clothes and shoes to change into for afterwards 😉
There is a cafe at the start/finish for refuelling afterwards 😊
